At the end of this month all Year 12 students will attend the Careers Out West Expo.  This event will be held on 29 May 2024 at Trusts Stadium, Henderson.  Students will depart Massey High School at the start of Period 1 and will return at interval.

This is a careers expo where there will be displays from a wide range of employers, educators and companies all encouraging the students to think about their future and what they can offer them for training or work once they leave school.  

Students will get the opportunity to get a lot of information and to ask representatives from universities, employers or military personnel for example what you need to do if want to work or train with them, students will then have an idea of what they can do when they leave school and, in Year 13, ensure they are taking the right subjects for their future pathway.

All Year 12 students’ parents have been sent a student permission letter in Week 1 this term.  If parents/caregivers wish to attend with their student, you are able to attend an evening session 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
