Massey High School’s choir – Sublimitas, competed at the Big Sing on Tuesday. They represented the school with pride, and we are very proud of all their mahi leading up to and during the performance. They performed – ‘Agnus Dei from A Little Latin Mass’ by Bob Chilcott, ‘Pepeha’ by Six60, arranged by Richard Harker featuring Tiotiana Tito and Jovanni Craig, and ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ by Queen, arranged by Mark Brymer.

A huge thanks goes out to our choir director Clare Martin for all her hard work preparing the choir so well for the competition, Simeon Kim for his exceptional piano accompaniment for ‘Agus Dei’ and ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ and Mr Alan Motufoua for accompanying on guitar for ‘Pepeha’.
The choir will be performing again in week 5 of next term (21st Aug) as part of the annual Music Department Soiree during Arts Week. Tickets for this event will be made available early in term 3
